If you choose to participate in a Come Alive! Small Group Program one of the first steps is to fill out your Personal Come Alive! Pre-Program Assessment.
Your Pre-Program Assessment will provide an accurate record of your starting point. Knowing where you started will be very valuable at the conclusion of the program – because then you can see how the rhythm of your life has changed.

Post-Program Assessment
As you are nearing the end of the Come Alive! Program (before you finish Session 8), your facilitator will send you the Come Alive! Post-Program Assessment. Thoughtfully and prayerfully consider your answers as you walk through the assessment. Notice changes in the rhythm of your life that have happened over the time you’ve been participating in the Come Alive! Program. How have your thoughts, actions and habits changed? Notice your new daily rhythm.
Once the Post-Program Assessment is completed, compare it to your Pre-Program Assessment, then CELEBRATE YOUR PROGRESS!!
Please allow yourself grace for areas where you want to continue to make improvement. Come Alive! doesn’t end after the 8 sessions. Come Alive! is a life long journey that starts with each new day growing closer to God and continuing wellbeing practices.
